To improve the level of refined management and operate the company with a modern management model, assisting the company in healthy and long-term development. Recently, the company invited Professor Cheng Kai from Peking University to conduct intensive training on performance management. The company's chairman Chen Haitao, party branch secretary Hu Bo, general manager Wang Shengjian, president Hu Hongbin, and other senior executives, as well as management personnel above the supervisor level, participated throughout the training.

This training included basic knowledge of performance management, goal setting, and performance indicator formulation. Professor Cheng divided the participants into seven groups and adopted a diverse, vivid, and intuitive interactive teaching method, combining specific cases for detailed analysis, assigning group topics, explaining theoretical knowledge while leading participants to simulate key aspects of performance evaluation, conducting on-site evaluations and scoring of group assignments, deepening everyone's understanding of the content discussed, helping management to promote the company's development with higher quality, improving work efficiency and quality, and providing strong support for the effective implementation of performance evaluations in specific affairs.

After eight hours of training, the outstanding groups were selected on-site, and Professor Cheng awarded commendations to the outstanding groups, with party branch secretary Hu Bo presenting prizes to the winning groups.

Chairman Chen Haitao delivered a concluding speech. He first affirmed the effectiveness of this training and encouraged everyone to step out of their comfort zones, be brave to express themselves, contribute to the company's development, and add momentum. He emphasized that everyone should continue to learn, apply the knowledge gained in daily work, continuously improve their comprehensive abilities, and strive to become learning-oriented talents. He stated that the company will next formulate a detailed performance evaluation implementation plan to ensure that performance evaluations can be effectively executed within the company, promoting the standardization, specialization, and normalization of company management.
